I had a fantastic stay at the hotel located in the heart of busy Jakarta. The rooms are spacious but a bit dated and might need some renovation soon. The service, especially from the housekeeping staff, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is unbeatable for those visiting major business centers, with friendly staff and clean rooms. The dining experience was good overall, with the exception of the Japanese food section. The facilities were impressive, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
